Speaker Sarah Blair
Sarah Blair is the Manager of Outreach and Engagement for Innovation for Defence Excellence and Security and is charged with the promotion of the program both internally and externally, recruiting innovators to apply their solutions to the DND/CAF challenges, and developing communication products and channels. She joined the IDEaS team at its onset in 2019 and has held various positions within the program. Over the past 15 years in the public service, Sarah has developed, implemented, and managed various complex government funding programs with large funding envelopes and significant public visibility.
