Riccardo Badalone is a passionate and driven tech entrepreneur. For the last 20 years, he has led multi-disciplinary teams and built category-defining companies from the ground up. He is currently the CEO of C2RO, which under his leadership has become a global provider of Privacy-Aware Video Analytics AI Software and one of the most trusted AI software companies in the world. He is also a member of AIoT Canada Board of Directors, the Canadian technology cluster dedicated to fostering the growth of the Canadian AIoT ecosystem. 

Prior to C2RO, Riccardo was a co-founder and CEO of Diablo Technologies. Over a period of 15 years, he and his team built a business that dominated the High-Performance Enterprise Memory/Storage space and delivered cutting-edge technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies across the US, Europe, and China.

Riccardo is an active member of the Montreal Startup Ecosystem. As part of MentorConnect Montreal, Riccardo is helping companies by providing strategic guidance to improve culture, productivity and accelerate success.
