Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend this event, we require notice in writing (cixcustomercare@brunico.com) on or before September 23, 2022 at 5:00pm ET. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee equal to 50% of the invoiced purchase price. All prices are quoted in CAD$. Your registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another person, please inform us by email to cixcustomercare@brunico.com, a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. The following details will be required: (*Mandatory) *Name of Attendee taking your spot, *Title of Attendee, Direct Phone and Fax Number, *Email Address, and *Company Details (*Name, *Address, Website and *Phone and Fax Numbers). If for any reason whatsoever the conference is cancelled, the liability of Brunico Communications Ltd. shall be limited to reimbursement of the conference fees. Producer reserves the right, with reasonable notice, to change program dates and venues and assumes no liability for the changes. NOTE: Registration fees must be paid in full in order to gain entry to the event. No exceptions will be made.


COVID-19 WAIVER

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and because our CIX participants' health and well-being is our top priority, Brunico Communications Ltd. is working closely with our event partners on developing and implementing health and safety measures, and biosafety best practices for CIX. However, since each individual's health and safety needs and concerns may differ, Brunico Communications Ltd. strongly recommends that each participant carefully evaluate their personal health needs and concerns before registering for and or attending CIX in-person. Your attendance at CIX is completely voluntary. As such, your attendance at CIX is at your own risk, and you voluntarily assume any and all risks and hazards, including without limitation, personal injury, illness, or otherwise, and hereby release Brunico Communications Ltd. of any liability related to your attendance.
