Since September 2019, Daniel has assumed the management of Global Affairs Canada’s Canadian Technology Accelerators (CTA) program. Previously, he was a assigned to senior positions at Canadian diplomatic missions in Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Honduras and Guatemala. In Ottawa, he has worked for the Canadian International Development Agency, Privy Council Office, Health Canada and two royal commissions. Originally from Moncton, NB, Daniel completed graduate studies in New Zealand and Mexico. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Carleton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Ottawa.
