Alexander McIsaac is Principal, Strategic Investments and Women in Technology Venture Fund at BDC Capital. In this position, he is responsible for sourcing and leading new investments for the Fund and assisting in the management of the existing portfolio. Prior to joining BDC, Alexander worked as Director of Business Development at NRStor Inc. where he was a founding employee. There he supported business growth and helped raise an $11 million Series A and a $120 million financing facility that closed in 2017. Prior to NRStor, he worked in venture capital as an Associate at Northwater Capital. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen’s University and an Honors Business Administration (HBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He also Co-Chairs the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Engage Committee focused on raising funds and awareness for CAMH Foundation.
