Dr. Alexandra T. Greenhill is one of Canada's leading physicians in digital health innovation. She is currently the cofounder CEO and Chief Medical Officer of Careteam, an AI-enabled digital health platform with the mission to solve the fragmentation of health care - shifting away from single disease specific solutions towards what is needed - a flexible platform that helps manage the multiple co-morbidities patients have and combines the medical and social care models to support patients in health and in life, with patients, families and health professionals on the same page and proactively coordinating care.
